🌬️ Halotherapy in the Heart of the Upper Valley

Upper Valley Salt Cave & Wellness Center was created with one intention: to bring a peaceful, restorative wellness sanctuary to the Upper Valley. As a new addition to this community, we’re honored to offer halotherapy—also known as dry salt therapy—as a natural way to support relaxation, respiratory wellness, and overall balance.

Halotherapy uses finely ground pharmaceutical‑grade salt dispersed into the air to create a calming, mineral‑rich environment. Guests settle into zero‑gravity chairs, breathe naturally, and allow the salt‑infused air to gently support their body’s natural processes. Many people describe the experience as grounding, clarifying, and deeply soothing.

A Wellness Center Designed for Your Journey

While halotherapy is at the heart of what we do, our mission is bigger: to help the people of the Upper Valley feel better, breathe easier, and reconnect with their well‑being. We’ve created a space where multiple healing modalities come together, offering guests a chance to unwind, restore, and explore what wellness means for them. Alongside our salt caves, we also provide:

  • Infrared sauna

  • Red light therapy

  • Oxygen sauna

  • Salt booth sessions

  • Hand & foot detox

Rooted in Community

As newcomers to the Upper Valley, we’re grateful to be part of this region and committed to supporting your wellness journey with care, intention, and a peaceful space to recharge.
